Here's is Luke's Blood Angels list with several subtle changes I would personally make that I feel would make them a little more effective in games. Let me know what you think and/or what changes you would male.

Could always swap the death company dread out and drop a melta and the storm bolters on the HQ's for The Sanguinor ( if only for the +1 attack for friendly infantry rule).
Saving 32pts on the stormravens and giving them weapons they can use at long range once they have dropped their cargo off. I'd keep the captain close to grant re-roll 1's. Just teleport The terminators in Luke! Instead of risking losing them when The stormravens blow up.
The sanguinary guard are better protected and more effective with the banner. Scouts with snipers can provide better covering fire at long range while holding objectives. The inclusion of two psykers I think is a good move so I wouldn't change that. That sword on the sanguinary priest is too epic looking to be merely a chainsword, and ap-3 with the ability to add 1 to wound rolls just makes him useful in combat. And double dreadnaught, mounted in stormravens, who needs wings of sanguinius!??
I like that load out on the Stormravens you have suggested. With power of the machine spirit I think the heavy plasma/typhoon missile combo is not too bad...
Not a fan of Blood Lance though on the Librarians, too inconsistent...I see your reasoning for not giving the Libby Dreadnought Wings of Sanguinius though, but one of them should have Unleash Rage!
You suggesting dropping the Sanguinor has given you added brownie points in my book (I hate him/wish he didn't exist), and the Death Company Dreadnought may be a better choice (6" consolidations!) in your all out double-Dreadnought Stormraven assault suggestions... ;-)!!!
I was recommending on comments about changing one of the Stormravens for two other flyers and some other subtle changes to Luke's current list:
+ Stormhawk Interceptor: Las-talon, two Assault Cannons, Skyhammer Missile Launcher - 193
+ Stormtalon Gunship: Twin Assault Cannon, two Lascannons - 204
+ Sanguinary Ancient: Plasma Pistol, Power Fist, Death Mask, [Standard of Sacrifice] - 80
+ Corbulo (using same model as for the current Priest) - 83
+ 5 Sniper Rifles (for the Scout unit with Bolters but without the Heavy Bolter - 10
+ 2 Sanguinary Guard Power Fists (give to the Inferno Pistol models) - 18
(588 points additions)
for,
- 1 Stormraven Gunship - 334
- Terminator Librarian - 127
- 1 Sanguinary Guard - 35
- Sanguinary Priest (exchanging for Corbulo) - 69
- 2 Sanguinary Guard Encarmine Swords (exchanging for Power Fists) - 24
(589 points subtractions)
I'm definitely liking the idea of dropping the Sanguinor for a DC Dread more and more...but it'll be Luke's call obviously! lol
So,
+ Stormhawk Interceptor: Las-talon, two Assault Cannons, Skyhammer Missile Launcher - 193
+ 4 Sniper Rifles (for the Scout unit with the Heavy Bolter!) - 8
+ 2 Sanguinary Guard Power Fists (give to the Inferno Pistol models) - 18
+ Death Company Dreadnought: Pair of Furioso Fists, Melta gun, Heavy flamer, Magna-grapple - 153 points
(739 points additions)
for,
- 1 Stormraven Gunship - 334
- Terminator Librarian - 127
- 1 Sanguinary Guard - 35
- Sanguinary Priest (exchanging for Corbulo) - 69
- 2 Sanguinary Guard Encarmine Swords (exchanging for Power Fists) - 24
- The Sanguinor - 150
(739 points subtractions)
Corbulo will help the Terminators in this build with exploding 6s to hit in combat thanks to his Red Grail, and his Far-Seeing Eye re-roll will help guarantee Narthecium success when attempting to bring back a Terminator model...The Sniper Rifles will give one of the Scout squads an enhanced ability to contribute more to the game from the back-line and do occasional annoying mortal wounds on enemy characters...if taking the Death Company Dreadnought instead of the Sanguinor and therefore only having the points for 4 Sniper rifles, these can be given to the Scout squad with the Heavy bolter - for aesthetics, but also gaming wise to put all 'heavy' weapons in one squad - freeing up two scout squads to be more maneuverable... Finally, I think that a Death Company Dreadnought being dropped off by the Stormraven at the same time as (or not/before/after) the Terminators, Chaplain and Corbulo will be more effective and scary to the enemy than the Sanguinor (failing his charges on the drop as always... ;) ) even with his +1 attack buff (but he's never within 6" due to charge fails anyway ;) )...
At a minimum I can try the DC dread instead of the Sanguinor. I still think the Sanguinor is an ok unit, but the DC dread may well be more helpful:)
Just saw your video about your Imperial Fist Stormtalons...nice vid...interesting discussion on the merits of the Typhoon Missile Launcher for the reduced CA18 points and your liking of them (at least in theory)...this gave me an idea for the Blood Angel alterations we've been discussing:
+ Stormhawk Interceptor: Las-talon, two Assault Cannons, Typhoon Missile Launcher - 207
+ Stormtalon Gunship: Twin Assault Cannon, Typhoon Missile Launcher - 192
+ Sanguinary Ancient: Plasma Pistol, Power Fist, Death Mask, [Standard of Sacrifice] - 80
+ Corbulo (using same model as for the current Priest) - 83
+ 4 Sniper Rifles (for the Scout unit with the Heavy Bolter) - 8
+ 5 Sniper Rifles (for the Scout unit with just Bolters!) - 10
+ 2 Sanguinary Guard Power Fists (give to the Inferno Pistol models) - 18
+ Death Company Dreadnought: Pair of Furioso Fists, Melta gun, Storm bolter, Magna-grapple - 141 points
(739 points additions)
for,
- 1 Stormraven Gunship - 334
- Terminator Librarian - 127
- 1 Sanguinary Guard - 35
- Sanguinary Priest (exchanging for Corbulo) - 69
- 2 Sanguinary Guard Encarmine Swords (exchanging for Power Fists) - 24
- The Sanguinor - 150
(739 points subtractions)
By being able to give both the Stormhawk and Stormtalon Typhoon Missile Launchers this gives them even more flexibility when dealing with targets...yes losing two lascannons on the Talon is hard but you get two krak missile shots for it for anti-tank, I know it's not the same but not terrible...the Stormhawk will still suffer it's -1 to hit moving and firing unfortunately, but as you said overall the Typhoon is a better weapon than the Skyhammer...the points saved have allowed a second unit of Scouts to be equipped with Sniper Rifles, that is much better. But I took away the DC Dread's Heavy Flamer to do it...
This version of the suggested alternations highlights that for the points its now easier to potentially ditch the idea of using a Stormhawk and just go for a second Stormtalon instead if you want dedicated anti-ground support (saving a further 15 points if it also takes Twin Assault Cannon, Typhoon Missile Launcher - so you could return the Heavy flamer to the DC Dread, or upgrade one of the Talons to have two Lascannons with a couple of points to spare).
I think these alterations are strong...
Yes...this is a stronger version for sure. I think the Typhoon is excellent for anti tank and anti infantry:)
