Hi folks, as you may have seen in the most recent battle report on the regular channel my current Deathwatch list isn’t very strong and is in need of some serious help. I would appreciate any list suggestions you have for me to make the list stronger. I am not really interested in being high end tournament level but would like a list that could hold its own against most of the armies on Luke’s channel. I would prefer to keep the list as pure Deathwatch although I could be open to including a knight as I think it would still fit nicely. I am working on a couple of list ideas myself and will post these up soon for your thoughts. Thanks. Aaron.

Well, I don't play Deathwatch, but I'd probably start by getting some storm shields into your veteran squads.

i dont play death watch either but it just seems you lack models for a 2000 point army you do t get alot do you. like the ork mission i straight away called the win because there was no way you could kill that many models

looking at this list i would drop all the heavy weapons you are bringing. you need to find a balance between storm shields and some chainswords or something for more effective CC. also the vet squads should have terminators and vanguard vets added to them, you could even think about a bike for the buff and ease of unit coherency. second to this, do you need aggressors with all that small arms fire if you already have a better version of it on your vet squads? especially if you guys are gonna use the bolter beta rules. then lastly i would speck my knight to have full long range dakka and sit them at the back and force the enemy to advance into range to deal with them. think you can grab a couple of 72 inch guns on that bad boy.
you could also go with a captain with jetpack and give him the beacon angelis. means you can effectively deepstrike a squad for free. also i am not sure the redemptors will be any good, they are not that hard to kill and also degrade with just a few wounds on them.

Mass Stormshields are one of the greatest assets Deathwatch and Space Wolves get.
List looks good. I just wish dreadnoughts were harder to destroy.
Veterun squads look pretty solid!:) And storm bolters great for making use of that special ammo:)
