I have two questions for you. You have painted up alot of armies for the channels in an impressive amount of time. And I am assuming you still also do commison work aswell.
Are you able to support yourself (and family) on this? The channels and commissions or do you have another line of work aswell? I am wondering because I'm thinking of starting up a small-scale commission work aswell and thought i'd ask you what kind of income I can expect, in general terms that is. I know the painting skill and other things are a factor.
And a question for everyone, how do you tackle painting fatigue, when you can't even look at a model without hatred (or just tired and don't really wanna do it). Do you have a system for this or do you just do it anyway because it has to be done?
Ok so...
1. Painting Commissions pay is ok. It is not big money...I would only do it part time at the most. I find many look at a painted model and don't realise the effort and time that goes into it. But worth a try if you want to get into it:) Paint for mates is a good way to start!
