Yeah that's what battlescribe says two twin lasconnons 100 points and 72 for quad bolters then the twin avenger is free.

Those points seem to be correct except the Hellstrike missiles are 48 a set I think so it's 96 pts for the pair vs the 100 pts for the 2 twin lascannons.

Yes Storm Eagle very nice too...but I just love the look of the Fire Raptor and those side turrets....so so cool:)

Yeah I think the Fire Raptor is the way to go for Blood Angels. They've got great jump infantry with awesome stratagems to get them into combat. The Fire Raptor gets you the anti-infantry and tank you need on a -1 to hit platform. Should be great!
